JAWS The Revenge Reveiw

JUST WHEN YOU THOUGH JAWS 3 WAS THE FINAL JAWS FILM......

Jaws The Revenge was the 4th (or 3rd to some people) and final Jaws Sequel.JTR was realesed in 1987 and was directed by Joseph Sargent (Taking of Peltham 123).

Jaws The Revenge is about a shark that takes revenge on the Brody family.In the begining,Sean Brody (Mitchell Anderson) is trying to clear some driftwood that has been stuck to a bouy.As Sean is trying to clear it,the shark lifts his head out of the water and bites Seans arm off.As Sean is yelling for help,the shark comes back yet again to drag him out of the boat.As you can already guess,Sean will die...BINGO!
After Sean's funeral,Ellen (Lorraine Gary) decides to take a vacation in Nassau,Bahamas with her son Michael (Lance Guest) and her sons wife Carla (Karen Young).As they are on the plane,Ellen meets the pilot:Hoagie (Michael Caine).As they are in the Bahamas,Ellen and Hoagie go around Nassau and slowly fall in love.Michael gets very suspicous but he will get over it :P
Turns out,the shark followed them to the Bahamas and Jake (Mario Van Peebles),Michaels partner,wants to study the shark.Michael agrees but he doesnt want his mother to find out.

I dont want to tell you much more about the film because you can say that the rest is self explanitory!

REVIEW

Many people say this is the worst JAWS sequel ever...I HOWEVER DISAGREE!I find this movie really good!I love Michael Smalls score for the movie and the mechanical shark they used!The Bahamas part wasn't so good but that doesn't mean the movie is no good!
The movie really makes up for Jaws 3.

3 cast members from Jaws are back in the movie too!Mrs.Kintner,Ellen Brody,and the other one....DARN!I forgot but Jaws The Revenge really goes along with Jaws and Jaws 2.The town of Amity is the movie also!!You gotta love Joseph Sargent and Michael De Guzman!Even the Jaws theme is in the movie!So much to watch for in 91 minutes!

I love how they show so much of the shark through out the movie even though about 2 or 3 people die in this movie.

Over all,the movie is AWESOME!I dont see why people criticize this movie SO much!?But the ending is suckish...The one you see on AMC is better!The dvd ending looks just like this....
